Resepi Puding Coklat Mudah

Bahan:
1/2 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan gula
1/2 cawan susu tepung
1/2 sudu teh garam
4 1/4 cawan air
4 sudu besar tepung jagung
1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla
3 sudu besar butter
1 paket serbuk agar2 (10-11gm)

Resepi Coconut and Palm Sugar Agar Agar
INGREDIENTS
20g agar agar threads washed and squeezed (from Asian grocer)
200g dark Indonesian palm sugar
100g white sugar
1 cup coconut cream
1 litre water
METHOD
Coconut and Palm Sugar Agar Agar
Boil water in a medium saucepan. Add agar agar threads and stir till dissolved.
Add both sugars and bring to boil again. Add coconut cream and bring to a simmer. Pour into a 20cm cake tin or individual jelly moulds. Set at room temperature before refrigerating.
To serve, cut jelly into bite sized diamonds and arrange into snowflake like pattern.

120 gram sugar
8 gram agar agar powder
3 pandan leaves
300 ml milk
200 ml coconut milk
A few drop of pandan paste
1. In a medium size saucepan bring the water, agar agar power and pandan leaves to boil. Let it boil for 3 minute until agar agar power.
2. Add in sugar; continue to stir until sugar dissolved. Lastly pour in the milk and coconut milk. Turn down the heat and bring the mixture to a slow simmer. Turn off the heat and remove the pandan leaves.
3. Remove ¾ of the mixture and add in a small drop of pandan paste. Pour into prepared pan or mould. Let it set before pouring the balance of the agar agar (white portion) mixture on top. Let it set and serve cold.

Resep Tumis Tahu Cabai Hijau
Bahan :
8 buah tahu potong kotak, lalu goreng.
8 buah cabe hijau di iris serong
2 cm lengkuas di memarkan
1 batang serai dimamarkan
2 lembar daun salam
50 ml air
4 butir bawang merah di iris tipis
2 butir bawang putih di iris tipis
1 sdt garam
2 sdt gula merah
½ sdt terasi ( ½ kotak terasi ABC )
½ sdt masako ayam
Cara Membuat :
Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga kekuningan
Lalu masukkan lengkuas, serai, daun salam, dan terasi, aduk. Lalu masukkan air, cabe hijau, tahu, garam, masako, dan gula merah. Masak hingga air berkurang ( matang ).
